Hi

 

I was trying to setup my new router via WAN Setting overrides for the ER707-M2 v1

 

For the 2.5G WAN1 port, the "Internet VLAN" sometime is not visible and if it is visible then it is not selectable.

 

I believe the bug was fixed in the firmware for the router but not in the controller.

 

I'm running controller version 5.13.22

What is the firmware version of your ER707-M2? The latest firmware ER707-M2(UN)_V1_1.2.0 Build 20231214 has fixed the related issue, please upgrade and test.

What is the firmware version of your ER707-M2? The latest firmware ER707-M2(UN)_V1_1.2.0 Build 20231214 has fixed the related issue, please upgrade and test.

Hi I'm waiting to receive the router. (it is currently with the courier company). I'm simply reporting the bug in the controller's WAN Setting Override, as I can't pre-configure the internet vlan for the 2.5G WAN1 port. From the documentation this bug was fixed in the router's firmware. Thanks
