Thanks for posting in our business forum.

  @Clive_A I am attaching a photo of my sticker. It really says Ver: 1.0 Should I downgrade the FW back to TL-SG3428X(UN)_V1_1.0.12 Build 20230602 ? Thank you.

Got a confirmation that this 3428X V1.0 or 1.6 is included in this change and I have updated the table.

  @Clive_A

Hello, I have a TL-SG3428X V1, HW Version 1.0 and I still got the FW update and changed my HW version to 1.30. Is it ok even if my version of the switch is not mentioned in the list?

I cannot find V1.0 now. Do you have any ideas about your release note? If the release note has said that your V1.0(on the label) will upgrade to V1.3, I think I need to verify that with the team.

  @Clive_A I am not sure what release note you mean. My label (on the switch) says Ver. 1.0. I was offered the FW update (and I did it on 27 December 2023). Now I have 1.30.0 Build 20231019 Rel.60485; Firmware version: 1.30.0 and Hardware version: 1.30. Everything seems to work as before, only in the Omada HW controller (OC300 V1.0, FW 1.19.3 Build 20230906 Rel.38429, Controller version: 5.12.9) the switch is no longer properly recognized - the picture shows sth. else - not TL-SG3428X switch.

The question is whether it was ok to upgrade even though it is not stated in the list you provided or should I downgrade? Thanx!

I mean the label, did you read the sticker on the back of your switch? Or if you can take a picture? In the system, it will be recognized by 1.0 while the sticker might show a different version. That's my concern.

1.20 and 1.26 is different from the 1.0. So I am confirming this with you. The content in this post is a joint result from the PM and the dev team so it is rare to have a mistake in that.

But now you reported this, I gotta confirm with you.

This has nothing to do with the unmanaged switch. This is a firmware level and name change on the managed models. The manufacturing will get to produce the new models listed on your provided URL.
