a few days ago I updated the softweare controler to 5.13.30.4

Next morning it turned out that there was no Internet on some computers. All devices connected to switch T1600G-28TS v3.0 were unable to obtain an IP address and had an address starting with 168.254.x.x I have configured several vlans and there was a problem on each of them.  There is another switch (SG2218 v1.20) connected to T1600G-28TS v3.0 and the same problem occurred on it. When I connected the laptop directly to the switch port, I could not get an IP address

The only solution was, a factory reset T1600G-28TS and and re-adaptation switch. 

T1600G-28TS v3.0 is connected to SG3428 v2.30 and there was everything fine.

Do you have any idea what could have caused the problem? How to prevent this during the next update?
