SG2005P-PD switch statistics not populated
Hello,
Don't known whether it is a switch firmware issue or a controller issue :
- The SG2005P-PD (v1.0 firmware 1.0.1) gets adopted, gets configured, is connected ; works as expected.
- The SG2005P-PD info and ports statuses display correctly.
- The SG2005P-PD ports counters are correctly displayed in "Insights / Switch status / Counters"
- However, no graph in "Statistics / Switch Statistics" for the SG2005P-PD. Graphs display properly for other switch types (SG2008 and SG2008P).
- Same behavior with controller 5.13.30.4 and 5.13.23

Hi there,
FYI, upgrading to controller 5.14.0.11 beta version solved this issue.
Now, I correctly get per port traffic graphs.
Regards.

Hi,
Yes, v1.0.1 is the latest firmware available.
As the counters are properly populated, not sure it is a firmware issue.
As SG2005P-PD is a relatively new product, I don't know if someone else faces the same issue ; would be great to know if the issue is specific to my setup.
Side note : Forgot to mention, my controller is the Linux version (tar.gz).
