Model: OC200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.29.3 Build 20240131 Rel.35531

Hello,

I am facing the following 2 issues with the my OC200 controller and was hoping someone can help me with these as I wasn't able to find any information online.

Version: 5.13.30.10

Build: 1.29.3 Build 20240131 Rel.35531

Router is ER605 V2.0 - V2.2.4

Issue 1:

When the internet is down, I am unable to login to the controller through a Web Browser. The login page appears and when I enter my credentials and click submit it reloads the login page.

I can access it via the mobile phone app but that has limited capabilities.

Issue 2:

I cannot seem to get the WAN Backup function to work. My settings are in the screenshot below and I have also set the Echo Server to 8.8.8.8.

When the internet is down on WAN 1 (Primary) - it shows  Online Detection: Offline but it does not switch to WAN2 and I cannot access the internet.

If I physically remove the cable from the WAN1 port it switches to WAN2 and I get internet access.

Is this the intended behavior?

I bought this router for the WAN  backup functionality and would really like it to work without having to remove the cable.

Thanks in advance.

  @msb1

Isuue 1: Tried with different web browsers. Confirm the PC can communicate with the controller even though the Internet is down.

  @Virgo

Thank you for your reply.

Yes, I did try with Firefox, Chrome and Chrome on my phone.

I was able to ping the OC200 and as I stated the login page would open and on clicking submit the login animation shows for a few seconds and re-loads the login page.

The second internet connectivity is restored, it logs in.

Appears to be a bug with doesnt allow login without internet connectivity.
