Around 12nn today PH time, i encountered "FAILED TO CONNECT TO SERVER" error. Tried restarting my OC200 and modem - no go. Tried the suggestions from the other thread which is forget and add controller - no go. Tried connecting the LAN cable from different LAN ports of the modem - no go. No update done. I have fast internet connection and both lights behind the OC200 are green. I dont want to reset my OC200 as it may bring more headaches. Any suggestions to have this fixed ASAP? Thanks
