TL-SG2428P not initialization
Hello.
After using this switch for a few month, my client called and told me it had shut, fans a running but all ports are shut, only power light is on. not even the sys light is on. i cant login, reset or even upgrade the firmware. what do we do with this?

@Clive_A PWR light only is on and fans keep running no any other lights are on.What can i do,,,, i cant upgrade it,,, i cant reset it

If I was not clear in my last reply, here's my response again, you should consider this as a hardware issue and start RMA with the technical support team. Prepare yourself with information like proof of purchase, problem symptoms and things you've tried.
If I am not clear, let me know what you expect me to do here.
