Model: OC200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.28.2 Build 20240110 Rel.78776

Since upgrading to 1.28.2 Build 20240110 Rel.78776, I am getting frequent disconnects of my OC200.

While updating / tweaking settings in the GUI, I'm getting frequent "operating timed out" errors.

"Connection failed. Refresh your browser." Which of course doesn't fix the problem.

Making matters worse, though, is that the cloud service can't reconnect to the OC200 for at least 5 minutes after.

Constantly getting "Request Timed Out" when launching from the little house icon on the main landing page.

Its like the OC200 is restarting and taking a long time to boot back up.

I was considering a roll back of firmware, but I no longer have the manual upgrade option even though I'm connected on my  local network.

OC200, 2x SG-TL3428, T1500G-10MPS, 3x EAP225, Firewalla Gold (replaced ER-605)

  @CoKro

How do you power it? Please make sure the power source is stable, and the budget is sufficient.

You may be able to downgrade the firmware, but the backup cannot be applied to the lower version controller. So the configuration would be missing.

For this problem, you need to check if the OC200 can get a stable internet connection. And if still the same, you can try to do a firmware recovery.

Here is the link about how to do firmware recovery: https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/3114/
