By all of my customers, I have problem with PING. Customers expirience that the website is loading too slow, while the client is close nearby.

Regarding the ping latency issue, are you connecting to the 2.4G network? If you are, as it is easier to get interference, so there could be some ping latency.
The problem with loading websites may be related to DNS. You can try setting the DNS to something like Google DNS 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4. You can also try some network optimization settings to ensure that the wireless connection is good.
