How to redirect users back to the OMADA login portal after a successful payment gateway processing?
How to redirect users back to the OMADA login portal after a successful payment gateway processing?
Is there a url (generic or specific) we can use to redirect users back to the Omada login portal?
I have implimented a payment gateway in my customized portal wherein users can click on a button to buy their vouchers.
Users are then redirected to a payment gateway (pre-authorized) to process the payment using ewallets popular in my location.
The concept is simple, after successful payments they are redirected to another url where they will be provided with a voucher code, then they can copy/use this voucher code to login to the omada portal to get internet access.
Question is, what URL/link I can use in the green login button so they will be redirected to to Omada login portal from that browser/page?
Maybe there is a spefic url/syntax i can use?
https://myportalip:8088 doesnt' work.
Thanks.

To ensure a secure connection, please note that the correct port for portal HTTPS is 8843, not 8088. Please edit the port number accordingly.
For more information on which port the controller uses, please refer to this link: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/3281/

@Hank21 Yes. it's 8843 to access management portal but i think it's 8088 for user login portal? when users clicked signin, they are redirected to port 8088?

so am still waiting if there's a url/link we can use to redirect back the users to the voucher login portal then input their voucher.
i saw one guy using https://clients3.google.com not sure why and if it's working with him.
but it's not working with my setup as google.com is preauthenticated and will redirect right back at google.
also, should i enable all HTTPS settings here? tried all combination already and it has some effect on my users experience when acquiring voucher codes.

Actually, for your usage scenario, we do not have a specific URL for you. This isn't how we typically use the portal. You may attempt to develop it, though. Should you succeed, feel free to share your experience with us.

@Hank21 Hi Hank, so it means from a browser there is no way to redirect the user back to the voucher login portal?

Hi @dickyam
For the portal authentication page, currently you may try to check the address of the portal page when you first load it. The address + port number should allow you to access the portal login page again.
Could you try to input the address from the login page + port number and try again?

Hi @Hank21
didn't work:
1. https://controllerip:8843
or
2. http://controllerip:8088
also I must always enable redirect to https, right?

in one of my test devices i got this as the url (just redacted actual IP addresses) to go back to portal login page.. but only works on the same device not on other devices.
tried changing macs to 00:00:00:00:00 and tested on my other devices.. again only working on the same device and not on the other.
maybe there's something we can extract from this?
<-- This part of the URL seems to be the path to the captive portal login page on the server the rest are just unique identifires. but it's also not working.
posting links as pics instead to avoid error/warnings in posting links.

Hi @dickyam
What if you try to access any HTTPS websites or just try the IP address of the controller?
Please make sure you have enabled the Redirect HTTP to HTTPS, Auto Refresh Portal IP and HTTP redirect to HTTPS for Portal under Access Config.
On Portal set up page, please enable the HTTPS Redirection.

@Hank21 set redirect http to https. expectation is any https address in the url should redirect to the portal but it's not. also tried the portal ip address already with http/https and without and also not working.
