Firmware Version: 2.11.3 Build 20230906 Rel.36272

 

Recently there were updates for the routers and switches. And now the VPN has disappeared from several sites. They still exist, because I still have a VPN connection and when I try to create a new one, it says there is a conflict because it is in use. I now have 6 sites out of 10 where it no longer shows the VPN. So I cannot change or delete it now.

  @SameRobin74 Are you updating the controller? It is not the most recent version. You could attempt to update it to V2.13.2, the most recent firmware. Could you also try restarting the router at each location to see if it resolves the issue? In order to determine the root of the problem, you should provide us your backup file and running log. If that still doesn't work, we can follow up on your case via email.
