Severe issues after an upgrade of ER7212PC from 1.1.2 to 1.1.3
Dear all,
it's a third day of severe issues with my ER7212PC and so far I have not received any response from support - maybe the Forum can help.
I've upgraded firmware from 1.1.2 to 1.1.3 on Tue. I have 4 APs directly connected to the router and powered therefrom + one switch, which has two more APs connected.
After an upgrade, wifi started behaving strangely not authorising any users. I've manually rebooted the router (plug off and on), after which only one out of total 9 APs was broadcasting wifi. As I was unable to troubuleshoot what went wrong, I've decided to downgrade and use my automatic weekly backup to bring the previous state in.
Unfortunately, downgrade wipes out all the settings and restoring from backup yielded with an error when 77% achievement was made.
After 2 days of upgrading (to 1.1.3) and downgrading (to 1.1.2) of the firmware and multiple errors when restoring, I've managed to restore to the latest backup. Router is still not being adopted (although I have re-set it to factory settings) and although APs were adopted correctly, they still do not broadcast wifi. I get IPs over LAN cables, VLANs seem to work OK, however it's far away from having a stable network as it was before. I'm now on 1.1.3.
Any ideas how to force the adoption of router + even more importantly - force APs to broadcast wifi? I've now spent around 12 hours trying to fix that problem and I'm really unhappy.

Hi there,
I've olso had severe issues with wifi froadcasting after the upgrade.
Devices were connected for nerly 2 min and then nothing.
I've first tryed to downgrade my EAP225 V3 thinking about a faulty upgrade on this device and finally, it has bricked it!
Finally I had to roll back to 1.1.2 and replace my bricked EAP225...
How a release could be sent like this without testing. This wifi issue would have been seen as quickly as for us...

@marcle Pls note that TP-Link removed firmware 1.1.3 from their web page and released firmware 1.1.4, which is fixing the bug. I've installed 1.1.4 and so far works fine, stable and most importantly - with all the settings 'restored' so to say (i.e. settings of wifi networks, VLANS etc, are working fine)
