May I know more details about your request? Are you trying to configure the ER605 as the OpenVPN client when the CyberGhost VPN as the server?

Yes, exactly.

I want to run the ER605 as an OpenVPN client and the CyberGhost VPN service as a server.

I have created an IP network with VLAN and would like all clients in this network to be connected to the CyberGhost VPN service.

You can try to follow the instructions to configure the ER605 as the OpenVPN client. If it doesn't work, please share your setting page(please masked the private info), error message (if any) and share the encryption of the OpenVPN server to us. Thanks.
