I have a Vigi NVR1016H with latest firmware connected to my network. 2 units of Vigi C340 W; 1 unit Vigi C540W; and 6 units C440 W are connected to the same network via 5 units Tplink Deco X60 AX3000 Wifi mesh system.

It was installed and operating well for a day. The second day I need pulled the power for to the 2 Vigi C 340-W Cameras for 2 hours. When I plug them again 1 unit Vigi C 340-W Camera is offline. I checked their connectivity in the Mesh and it is connected.

Although when I open the Vigi app and the nvr it is offline.

I tried to reset the camera 5 times now and add it again manual and automatic through the nvr and through the app to no avail. It has the same results.

Any solutions? Thanks in advance
