Hi,

I have multiple networks in my Jetstream. My main network IP is 192.168.0.0/24 where the PBX server is located. I have another network on another floor (5th) with subnet 192.168.5.0/24. I can ping workstations from both networks. However, the IP phone located in the subnet 192.168.5.0/24 can't register to the PBX server. Accessing the IP phone's admin from the main network is also not a problem. Are there other configurations we need to do for the IP phones to successfully register to the PBX server?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi @MDBarrion
Thanks for posting in our business forum.
You should check if the packet from the IP phone can reach the server. Port mirroring and see if they can travel through the VLAN to the other.

If you set up a VLAN interface, they should work properly. But is it 802.1Q VLAN? If it is 802.1Q VLAN, try static routing, if it does not work, then there seems to be nothing can allow it travel through the 802.1Q VLAN.
