Yesterday update most of my sites to the last controller update.

One of them crashed. After the update it wouldn't reply to ping, no web interface, no nothing.

So I've rebooted it. It would then reply to ping but load up to 90% and froze, although still replying to ping.

 

Entered recovery mode, downgraded to OC200(UN)_V1_1.26.3 Build 20230906 - latest available on the RO(EU) support site for OC200.

This time it booted up to 50% and then thrown the "Startup failed" web page and allowed collecting logs.

I have the logs here, they go very far back so I'm pretty sure that the config is still there.

 

Once again entered recovery, got OC200(UN)_v1_1.29.21 Build 20240401 - and updated the firmware once again. Unfortunately same output. Loading up to 50% and getting the Startup failed error in the browser while still replying to ping.

 

Can anyone assist? I really don't want to reset to defaults because of the obvious reason.

May I confirm whether you have the backup file of your controller? If yes, you can restore from the backup file and it is fine to reset the controller.

And may I confirm the LED light status of the OC200? Is the power LED light and cloud light on? Meanwhile please also try the latest firmware from the global website which should be 1.29.21.
