EAP225 and SG2210MP DISCONNECTED ER605 v2 CONNECTED for no reason

Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I have 3x sites on the Cloud Controller.

1x site running ER605 v1.0 and 1x EAP225 and 1x SG2210 and

2x sites with ER605 v2.0 and 1x EAP225 and 1x SG2210.

Whilst everything has worked well for many months across all three sites a few days ago the 2x sites with the ER605 v2.0 show the EAP's and SG2210 as DISCONNECTED whilst the ER605 remain CONNECTED and i am unable to connect the devices.

Thanks

  @Ian_Jacko

strange, the same thing happened to me 3 days ago on a remote site. restart was not enough,the router had no internet at all.

I had to factory reset the router and readopt to get it working again. I had an ER707-M2 on the remote site.

The router has a fixed IP connected directly to the internet and I use the controller version 5.14.20.8 running on a windows machine.
since I have controllers that are early access, I haven't bothered too much with this error.

Hello @Ian_Jacko

May I double confirm your controller type and the controller version? Could you try to reboot the EAP and see whether it works?

Besides, when the devices offline, are you still able to PING from ER605 to EAP/switch? Please also check whether the EAP/switch can still communicate with the controller.  Please share some screenshots of your findings. Thanks.
