  @LittleMadi I think I've found the way to do it.

For most people, we're initially forced to create a Omada cloud account where we the site credentials and add our devices on. But the cloud doesn't synchronize with the local

controller automatically as one would expect.

So you'll have to navigate to the IP address set for the controller, and add all the site devices on there. Then setup the portal splash page on the local controller, only then will it redirect to the login portal.

If anyone needs and ,ore detail explanation, please let me know.

  @Its_me_mano

So I was experiencing not being able to log into my hotspot after selecting to join the hotspot network, so auto redirecting wasn't working.

This was because during the initial setting up of the OC200, I was redirected to register on the TP link site, so after the creation of the hotspot site, I just went ahead and add all my devices to the TP link cloud service.

It turns out that even after you've binded the controller on the cloud, it does'nt push the configurations and devices to your local controller. Because I had setup VPN's and custom IP address on the controller, I had to navigate to that IP and it was only then I realise that I have to create the site again and add all devices to it.

Having done all that and customised the portal page on my local OC200, I was able to log in through the portal with auto-redirecting after I joined the network.
