I use tp link device as eap 660HD and switch as tp link sg3428xmp.  HEARTBEAT MISSED

Hi,

The message per se means that the device cannot reach the Controller.

But, then you need to understand why.

Sometimes it's lack of internet connection (if the controller is on another site) or you made something wrong in the configuration.

Please thoroughly check your network topology.Are those APs linked properly?Are they all connected to a single switch? If so, you can try rebooting the switch. Also, you should check whether the connection between the controller and those APs is working properly.If any vlans prevent the APs from communicating with the controller, this will occur.
