Model: ER707-M2
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.22

I'm just throwing this out there as I don't want to have to setup another network to test.

Has anyone had issues with Omada and PXE Booting?

I've tried setting up iVentoy thats a multi iso boot solution.  It just won't work, I think the Omada is not providing the correct information across or the Option 66 isn't passing the info along.  Can anyone/techs test please.

I set the Option 66 to 172.16.0.150 (in my case) and the Option 67 to iventoy_loader_16000 as required.

I might have to try another DHCP Server to see if it's Omada.

Just search the forum for "option 66" and I think you'll find your answer...

Will do.

Reference:  www iventoy com/en/doc_ext_dhcp.html

"Attention: the external DHCP server must support configuration for next-server and bootfile options."

I am guessing it doesn't because I setup a Windows DHCP and it seemed to work fine.

I am guessing it doesn't

My understanding from other posts ( I dont use it myself) is that the wrong address is returned for the next-server.

I seemed like they had the same issue with the Linux Imaging Server.  It requires a next server protocol.

There was a beta firmware relased, but IDK if it was for the 707.  Search for it and see.

I can not teach anyone anything - I can only make them think - Socrates
