As the topic says, I have comfigured alerts, see the image.
on my ios devices, I have configured the focus section to always include the omada app.
in the settings, I have configured notifications for all three categories.
so what am I missing?

It still has some flaws as mentioned:
- 1 ap wired has hung in a disconected state
- 1 ap wireless is looping in an isolated state
This was pending an acl change, should not happen with this bright weather.
EAP's are on latest firmware.

As previously stated, do you disable Mesh? To disable it, go to Settings -> Site -> Mesh. What is your network's topology? Check if it has sufficient power. What is the frequency of disconnects?

impossible to disable mesh.
This setup is running for two years now, no changes, so I suspect firmware changes either on the controller side or on the ap side.

You indicated that the Wired AP had disconnected; I assumed that you used all cables to connect the AP to the internet. If this is the case, try disabling the mesh. Could you please clarify the problem for me? What is the network's topology? How many AP do you have? Are they steady now? Is the disconnect still occurring frequently? You earlier stated that it is hard to reboot because it is approximately 800 kilometers away. Do you manage it remotely? What happens if you reconnect it without powering it?

The setup is as follows:
5 wired ap's feed 9 meshed ap's, some are trapped meshed ( number 1 meshed AP is the mesh point for number 2).
It is a camping site, with less opportunity to supply cables.
Setup is mainly built two years ago and has functioned mainly oke, had to reset or replace two or three AP's in two years (when replacing, afterwoods no hardware issue was found). Most of the time I am off site, hence the importance of good alerting, otherwise I am blind)
I noticed last week one wired AP perfectly connected to the network, not being able to find the controller and staying in a dosconnected state.
This was not after a config change, this was at arrival at the site, power down and up was sufficient to resolve it).
This did not happen wIth wired AP's before the upgrade in april of the AP's and the controller.
After the upgrade of the controller this week, it did happen again on another wired AP and I had to power it down before it started to work again.
All the software versions are above, problems have occurred with the 225 outdoor models, since this week also in house 245's are added to the site.
I hope you know have more info, as requested.
Pity we live in different time zones, delays the communication.

I'm not sure what caused this problem based on the statement. You should thus keep a closer eye on the internet. If the problem occurs frequently, we can follow it via email and will need to examine the running log and backup file in order to do a more thorough analysis.If the problem disappears, it will be difficult for us to determine the source because we can only thoroughly study it if the problem again.

For the moment, keep it in mind as a sympton in this setup.
If it reappears, I will try to extract a backup remotely and logs of the offending AP (I configured a daily backup to a local usb key).
