Hi,

 

The issue we're facing with the Omada Controller's Voucher Groups functionality is as follows:

When trying to select the Voucher Groups, the screen gets stuck and doesn't display anything We first thought it might be a browser issue, so you uninstalled and reinstalled the browser, but the problem persisted then tried a different browser (Firefox) and the problem was solved for 3-4 days, but then the issue came back on the old browser as well ,then tried connecting your computer directly to the same network as the OC300 hardware controller, but you still encountered the same problem.
The main issue here seems to be with the Voucher Groups functionality in the Omada Controller web interface.Whenever we want to create a new Voucher from the Portal, we can't, and without this functionality, we cannot provide internet access to users.

What is your old browser? Do you try clearing your browser's cache? Is the issue with your old browser, rather than Firefox? Does this happen with all your hardware controllers?Such an issue did not occur in our local testing. Please test using a no trace browser window to determine if this is caused by the web browser. If not, please let me know.

We are using the Google Chrome browser, where we usually encounter this problem. I have tried clearing the cache for Chrome, but I am still facing the same issue. When I connect any controller through the Chrome browser, it connects, but the Authentication Portal page does not load. I have tried this on multiple computers and even through cloud access, but I am still experiencing the same problem with all hardware controllers.
