Model: OC200
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I setup an OC200, ER7206, and SG2428P.  I have everything adopted and setup with a main wan with the ER7206.  It seems the uplink from the switch is tied into the controller and not the router.  Which causes my max down speed to 100MB.  I unplugged the controller and the uplink on the switch routes through the ER7206, then I get 250-300 MB down.

On my old Cisco switch,  the internet uplink would route through the ER7206 with the controller plugged in....

Any ideas why my internet would route through the controller and switch vs the actual router and switch.

Hi  @xtopherus

It should be an accident. Normally, the switch will detect the gateway router as the uplink device.

What if you plug back the OC200?  Or plug the OC200 into a different port? Will the issue disappear?
