Model: OC200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: V5.13.30.20

Please refer to the screen shots below. The users in that network have been complaining about the disconnections they have recently. On 27/08/2024 there were 734 blocked by access control cases.

The 2nd screen shot shows there is no Known Clients blocked. We have not set up any device locked to an AP.

We have 5 EAP615 and 2 EAP655, it seems that 'Blocked by access control' only happens on EAP615. Please let us know how we could resolve this issue.

  @nzldln

this most likely comes from the fact that you have configured some clients with lock to ap and are thus blocked, check if you have a client with lock to ap enabled.

  @nzldln

 You can go to ''Insight > Past connection'' to check the lock to AP record for each client.

Thanks all for responding to my query.

We do not have any client device locked to any AP in our network. Below are the two client devices with association failure reported. None of the has been locked to an AP. We still have hundreds of 'blocked by access control' in past 2 days.

Please let us know if our OC200 is the culprit, or the specific client devices. As mentioned before this seems only to do with EAP615 APs.
