Why is fixed/static IP not taking effect?

I have an OC200, ER605, SG2210P, and SG2218.

I'm trying to get some of my IoT devices onto my IoT VLAN with static IPs. To test, I changed my Roku TV to a fixed IP. The Roku is hardwired into the unmanaged switch (SG2218). See below:

I also have a the DHCP range set starting at 40 to accomdate static IP devices:

After powercycling everything last night and this morning, the new static IP is not taking effect. The device and SDN is still showing it as the original IP.

Any idea why? Is it because the Roku is connected to my unmanaged switch? It's still a Omada SDN switch so I didn't think that'd be an issue but its the only thing I'm coming up with.

Hi  @templeowls

The switch is not a problem.

What's the firmware version of the ER605 and the controller?

Please make sure their firmware are up-to-date.
