Hi, I have importTL-SG3428 switch from china. Device language is in china and it's not detecting by omada controller. Kindly help to change the language and connect to omada controller.

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

We do NOT offer support and warranty for products that are sold in China and exported later on.

Please return the product to the retailer and purchase from your local stores. Or visit the official website and click on Where to Buy to check out your local stores. The product does not enjoy any sort of warranty in your region and it is not legal to bear it. Note that the products sold in mainland China only got certified in China.

 

And the product is not advertised as a part of the Omada system if you refer to its product page.

If you insist on keeping the product, please download and refer to the User Guide on the Chinese (TP-LINK) website. We, TP-Link, do not take any legal responsibility for your actions.
