Model: EAP670   TL-SG108PE   OC200
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: V2.6_1.0.4 Build 20240314

As of two to three weeks ago, my home network has been disconnected multiple times per hour. Nothing has changed since I initially set it up other than I had to cut the power to my entire house when I had some work done on it.

Not sure what to do. I've downgraded the firmware back to 1.0.3 and I'm still getting disconnected from the network multiple times per hour.

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

Hi  @Featured

Is the Internet affected? Or only the EAP status unstable on the controller?

If the Internet is affected, how will the Internet be back to normal? Will it recover automatically? Or need a reboot?

Is the Internet of your main router stable? We should first make sure the Internet service provider is stable.

  @Vincent-TP

Thanks for the prompt response!

Yes, the overall internet is affected. It will recover automatically after some time; it could be seconds or minutes. I haven't had to hard reboot anything yet. TP suggested that it might be a PoE issue? I'm honestly not sure where to look anymore.

More context:

I have a Cox modem/router combo that feeds into the OC200 controller, which feeds into the EAP. Both the Cox and EAP have their own networks. Things were fine for a while until they weren't, and I haven't been able to get back to baseline.

I feel like the Cox modem/router are fighting each other because it's almost like one network will go out, and the other will go on and they ping pong. Sometimes both work and sometimes neither work.
