Model: TL-SG3210XHP-M2
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.3

Hi,

I manage 3 switches SG3210X-M2 v1.0 (firmware1.0.3) via an OC200 controller (version 5.14.26.23, build 1.31.3).\

I've setup an automatic Reboot Schedule for all the devices but one of them, just one of them, constantly report a [Failed] event and doesn't reboot :

TYPE CONTENT TIME
Reboot Schedule Execution Failed
[Failed] Reboot schedule reboot.switch.studio failed to execute on 0 EAPs and 1 switches and 0 gateways.

What can cause this error?

How can I troubleshoot this problem?

Thanks

As far as I can tell, it has been correctly adopted and configuration result are correctly applied (for exemple, it follows the daily check for updates) but it refuses to follow the reboot schedule:

Give it a try? Upgrade the firmware and see if it can be effective.
