Model: VIGI NVR2016H

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.0.0 Build 230625 Rel.46908n

NOTE: Hardware version is 1.20

After updating to the latest firmware, the hard disk is not even detected:

It only occurs after your firmware has been updated?
It was detected fine before you've upgraded it?

Strange enough.

Have you tried re-wire the HDD? See if it can be detected again?

Could also be a problem with the HDD. Is this a new HDD? Or used one? What about the health check of this HDD? Working fine on a computer?
