Hello to the entire community,

I have already tried everything to generate 2 vlans that do not see each other but share the internet.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi @Christian-W

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

All three guides are pinned on the switch page. There are also guides about the VLAN configuration.

You may take a look at them before you make further changes.

Clive,

First of all, thank you very much for the response.

I have read all of these documents, however, they are documents aimed at advanced users.

And with Switch models different from mine, therefore it is very difficult for me to be able to do something simple with 2 vlans with internet connectivity.

I think I exhausted all possibilities and the only thing I could achieve is that the switch did not respond and I had to factory reset it.

Obviously, I'm doing things wrong, maybe with simple steps you can guide me.

Greetings and thanks,

Christian
