Model: VIGI NVR1016H  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 Build 240507 Rel.77310n

When recording video from two Ezviz cameras only video is recorded, and audio is not. When using Ezviz app I am able to listen to audio. NVR does not play sound in live view either.

 

How can Vigi NVR capture sound as well?

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Check the NVR and the camera settings, some audio formats may not be supported. So it does not record in the videos you played.
