Hi,

 

I am unable to enable TP-Link Cloud Access on NVR because it has VMS Access enabled.I would like to know how do I disable VMS access so that I can enable Cloud access and view live / video recording from Vigi app in Android mobile.

Hi @Wreet 

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Unbind the device from the VMS. Follow the User Guide of the VMS.

VSM and VMS do not coexist at this moment. If you have bound it to the VMS, VSM, or VIGI app no longer have access to the device.
