O mesmo funcionava normalmente a anos, mas hoje não inicializa, sempre exibe a mensagem abaixo, alguma idêia do que posso fazer?
 

It worked normally for years, but today it won't boot, it always displays a message below, any idea what I can do?

Please try to uninstall the controller and install it again.

Thank you, I'll try the update first, as I don't want to lose the existing settings, if it doesn't work then I'll do the reinstallation.

We can backup configuration of Omada SDN controller and save it as a file. To backup the config file, Choose Global View under Organization, go to Settings > Maintenance > Backup.
Retained Data Backup: Select the time range in the drop-down list, and the data within the time range and customer settings will be saved in the backup file. If you select Settings Only, only the settings will be saved.
Retain User Info: With this option enabled, all local and cloud user information except for the main admin will be retained. Make sure Cloud Access is enabled on the Customer to be restored. Otherwise the Cloud account will not be retained correctly.

 

With the backup file, you won't loose configuration.
