Hi,

I have the following setup for distributing my Starlink BB around the various buildings on my property (the furtheest distance between the main haouse and any out-building is 75m/yds)...

I have it all working but would like to clarify a few points...
1/  Is the general setup layout as it should be as for as the CPE210's are concerned?  I have the 2 CPE210s on the main house on the same network, ie 192.168.1.xxx but with different static addresses.  Is this as it should be?

2/  What sort of connection speed should I be able to get between the AP and Clients as shown in the Pharos web admin page (Status > Throughput tab)?

3/  The 2 Generic wifi APs I am using are very neat but are not very well documented.  I have them set as Acess Points but the main setting that I am struggling with beyond that is a page that offers a choice of Internet Protocols of PPPoE, DHCP Static IP and Repeater.  Set as 'Repeater' they do appear to work bt I am not convinced they re optimally configured.  This is their 'Status' page...

Any help with clarification on the above would be gratefully recieved.  MW

Hi  @martinwinlow

>>>Yes, this is also the recommended configuration.

2/  What sort of connection speed should I be able to get between the AP and Clients as shown in the Pharos web admin page (Status > Throughput tab)?

>>>It depends on the wireless environment between them. But the rx/tx link of CPE210 is limited to 300mbps, it will be lower than this value. You may have a look on the following guide:

How to troubleshoot the CPE in AP and Client mode when the wireless speed is slow

>>>Normally, for access points, we don't need to configure PPPOE or DHCP, these are features for a router. I think you can ignore that.

  @Vincent-TP

Thank you.  I have tried contacting the supplier of the APs I'm using to get some more info but not received a reply.  Here is the not wildly comprehensive 'manual' and I hope you can give me a clue as to their best configuaration from what the manual contains (sorry about the qualit - I can re-do it better if it helps):

Hi  @martinwinlow

Normally, for access points, they are plug-and-play; no need for extra configurations.

Does the Internet work as expected? If yes, no need to care about those settings.
