I have a TL-SM331T plugged into a TL-SG2210MP.  When I try patch down an OC200 (powered via USB) to this port, I don't get a link.  The controller will link up on any of the other lan ports on the switch or my ER7206.  Does the TL-SM331T negotiate at only 1Gb?

This product does NOT support 100Mb/10Mbp.
