configure load balancer 2 static public IP

configure load balancer 2 static public IP
Region : Argentina
Model : TL-ER6120
Hardware Version : V1
Firmware Version : 20111114 Rel 52682
ISP : telefonica movistar
I'm trying to configure the load balancer TL-ER6120 with one WAN ADSL router Zyxel P660HWtelephone
The idea is to try it first with one WAN
I have 2 static public IP 80.2.194.205 and 80.34.254.3
Within the balancer there an option for the WAN, either WAN1 or WAN2 static IP, someone has had to set this up before?
I have heard that the router must be in bridge mod, not routing...
NAT must be execute the load balancer not the router??
Someone who has suffered this war and I can help???
Any screenshot to configure it???
