TL-ER6120 VOIP / SIP Problem
Region : UnitedStates
Model : TL-ER6120
Hardware Version : V1
Firmware Version :
ISP :
(1) The router translates the external standard VOIP port of 5060 to something like 25593. It clearly leaves the internal PBX as 5060, but by the time it gets to the SIP provider, it has been translated; this is happening in the router. This non-standard port is causing dropped and runaway calls. SIP-ALG is disabled. What is up with that and how do I fix it? I need the external port to be 5060, no translation at the SIP provider. It is NOT Time Warner causing the issue.
(2) How do I increase any UDP timeout value in the router?
Thanks.
