Issue with TP-Link Omada SM5310-T Transceivers Stopping After 2-3 Days
Hello,
I am encountering a problem with TP-Link Omada SM5310-T transceivers. After 2-3 days of operation, they stop working, and the only way to make them function again is to unplug and reconnect them.
These transceivers are connected to a Ubiquiti USW-Aggregation switch. Other transceivers connected to the same switch work without any issues—this problem seems to affect only the TP-Link units.
What steps can I take to resolve this issue?

Thanks for posting in our business forum.
We do not guarantee the product may work with other switches. And there is no firmware update to such a hardware unit.
It could be a compatibility issue that never gets fixed. You can try to avoid overheating based on the installation guide and see if there is an improvement.
Or consider getting a different module. We are certain that the module works greatly with/between our products. No tests are performed on any other third-party vendors.
