Are the support pages broke?
Tuesday - last edited Yesterday
Model: EAP670
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

I'm trying to reach the support page to look at firmware however the page is different and I cannot click on anything. I've tried multiple browers as well.

Here is the page I'm now presented now instead of the usual page on tp-link.com it takes me to this support.omadanetworks.com site where nothing is clickable. My ER605 router however still takes me to the regular site I'm used to seeing where I can click on things. Nothing works on the page below.

After replying to you about the ER605 I just tried the eap670 again and now its working fine! So they fixed it. Are all products switching over to this newer support page eventually I'm guessing? From tp-link.com to omadanetworks.com I hadn't read any news about it so wasn't sure.

  @MR.S

So when I do that, I'm just staring at this for the last 10 mins, can't click anything. I'm using the Edge browser with no extentions running that could be blocking anything. I also tried Firefox. Not sure what is going on. Why are some devices on this support page and other devices like my router on the previous one?

I don't know, you probably have to look at your PC, for me both chrome and edge work. try deleting cache, try in incognito mode..

  @MR.S I just went to my iPhone and opened up safari and it's the exact same thing. When you go to the support page for the EAP670 you can not click on anything. Its as if the links do not actually have any links behind them, they are just words.

Wednesday

  @MR.S So when I first went to the link you gave it showed the below no results.Then I logged in and it takes me to a blank white page, nothing there. So I went back and refreshed, it still shows me logged out but then I got results in the downloads portion. But I cannot click on any of the boxes to filter the reults, nothing can be clicked on still. It's like the entire page is broke. This on on the /en/ and the /us/ pages.

  @Vincent-TP Yes and this morning the problem is even worst.

https://support.omadanetworks.com/us/product/eap670/  This takes me now to a blank white page.

https://support.omadanetworks.com/en/product/eap670/?resourceType=download This takes me now to a blank white page.

https://www.tp-link.com/us/business-networking/omada-wifi-ceiling-mount/eap670/ This one now takes me to a "504 Gateway Time-out"

I have tried Edge, Firefox and now Chrome on my desktop computer. And I have tried Safari on my iPhone. All give the same results yesterday and now today this new issue. On the desktop I cleared all cache/cookies, rebooted. Chrome I installed fresh just to troubleshoot. All these pages came up yesterday when I was posting on here but you couldn't click anything. And now today its blank or bad gateway errors. I even rebooted my ER605 and all my EAP670's to no avail.
