Hi, I lost the box and manual of my EAP115-Wall and on the device itself I don't have the serial number, only the MAC, and SSID. I need the serial number in order to add the device on the Omada app. Is there a way for me to recover the serial number? Thanks

Is the SN scratched?
We don't need the SN number to add it in the APP.
