Captive portal take too long to login

Captive Portal, SSID > guest network ,no authentication, timeout>8 hours, Landing page >Promotional URL,Terms Service 

New install December 2024 

OC200 v 5.14.32.56

ER605 v2.2.6

TL SG2210Mp v4.20

EAP670 v2  1.1.0

I phone can not login, login again it works goes to url 

android take too, login again, wait , does not display the url page and gets connect to internet

I have Engenius right now with no issues   

Any tips would be appreciated .. Thanks
