i added 2 cctv camera’s (c440 and c485) i also can change the settings in camera, firmware upgrade etc.) but i dont get the video. if i click on the camera’s i get message connection failed.
Does anybody know what is wrong?

Thanks for posting in our business forum.
Reboot the NVR and make sure the network environment is okay for the NVR.
If this problem persists, try a different cellphone to view it. If this only happens to your iPhone, it could be the VPN related settings or DNS problems on it.
@Marcel-tp after 1 day it was working.. i have a other problem. i can not make a new tread. i get error page does not exist.. also you can not make a tread with smartpone. you need to select the right product but it is impossible to choose with iphone.
