Hello Member,

We have the above NVR and Camera setup.
Internally all working fine.

 

When using web browser to view live cams, the stream plays well.

 

When using the VIGI mobile app version 2.5.47, we have to select the Channel and the Live View tried to stream but will never play!!
- We have to select Playback, let it load and stream a recording.

- Then Go back the the Live Channel, Only Then the APP will stream the Live View.

 

This situation is same whether using the Mobile App from the same network, or from another Internet access.
I tested while i was the only user connected.

 

Other users using Device Share, have the same issue via the VIGI mobile app.

 

Any suggestion please?

Hi @ITIWL 

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Upgrade the firmware to the latest one and try again. It could be an issue fixed by the latest firmware.
