every thing else is working only playback is not showing any thing just black screen.
please let me know what i've done wrong or miss any setting.

Thanks for posting in our business forum.
Reset the NVR and try again. If it does not display, it could be a compatibility issue. As in your description, there is no model number. I cannot identify the issue or compatibility.
If everything else works, it is supposed to work fine with the NVR but that's a strange description. You can try to RMA it or order another one for the test.
