How to use the RTSP Stream from the NVRs?

There is no documentation about how to consume any of these features. Can someone please elaborate on this? When I try to use the port it says 404 in my RTSP Viewer. What is the URL I need to use?

How to View VIGI Camera on PC Through RTSP Stream
You are not viewing the NVR but you are viewing the IPC. NVR receives the RTSP stream from the cameras and displays them. Not retransmitting it.

Thanks for the reply, the above screenshot is from VIGI NVR1008H(UN) 2.20 NVR Model with firmware 1.2.1 Build 241227 Rel.58554n
This port was not there in the past versions as far as I remember. Why is there an RTSP Option in the NVR?
I know we can stream the IPC via RTSP.

RTSP gets a straight video stream from the source. There is no relay mode. Or if you can provide me a link to show that this protocol can relay pictures?
The VIGI camera uses the TP-Link VIGI protocol. This is not even the same as the Tapo. Tapo got its own protocol.
VIGI NVR stream relies on the VIGI platform with the encryption and its protocol. I don't see the reason why we should open-source the NVR/VIGI platform to users. Even you think this is safe for you, not for us or others. Exposing the camera is a single image, when you expose the NVR, that exposes all the camera feed. And this is a presumption and example based on the condition where NVR RTSP is even possible.

@gautamkrishnar A lot of vendors provide RTSP restreaming APIs for their NVR solutions. Ubiquiti - i can consume RTSP feeds from Unifi Protect, Hikvision - i can consume restreamed RTSP feeds from all their devices. The main reasons to do that are: a) provide unified protected access to all cameras for authenticated endpoints (you do that anyway already with providing access to NVR for cloud platform), b) reduce load on camera's hardware and bandwidth usage on camera sides, since usually cameras can't boast with mighty hardware capable of handling multiple streams, that's why there are NVRs with more powerful hardware (not in case of TP-link though, my NVR 1008 reboots constantly from load of 6 vigi cameras)
