If you add a domain, you gotta make sure you have Internet before you do that. Domain requires DNS resolution. Without DNS resolution, that domain means nothing.

Ping this domain, and what's the reply? Does it match the destination you expect for?

As you said the Internet works, and the IP works, add it via IP, go the web via the domain, which is resolved to camera IP, will you be able to watch live from the domain access?

Provide the screenshots for each step. Mosaic the last parts of the IP.
