Hi,

Need ur help. We have a building less than 20km away from our main telecomm shelter. we have fiber connectivity in that building going to the main telecom shelter. now we installed a TP link MC110CS in that building then connect RJ45 to the avaya phone. we do not need PoE because our avaya phone has its power adapter. when we did the testing the avaya phone shows no ethernet. we already changed the cable, like 10 times and still the same result.

is tp-link MC110CS compatible with IP Phone?

Have you check it's the fiber or cable problem? About the fiber, does the wave length match with the 110CS? Your IP phone is a 1000M or 100M device? The MC110CS could only support 100M/10M for Ethernet cable. Actually you could check the LED light for trouble shooting.
