Hi,

If I redirect the web interface through a reverse proxy setting, the web interface will not load.

Basically, I don't want to use the VIGI Cloud VMS service. Instead, I want to use it through my own domain. But for some reason, it doesn't work when redirecting the web interface.
What ports do I need to redirect for a mobile application to work?

It's not critical if the NVR's own web interface doesn't work when viewed from an external domain. But the mobile app would be nice if it worked with simple port forwarding using its own domain. (not ddns)

I see what Upnp wants to allow, but this service is not allowed on our network. So even if I allow it manually, it doesn't work properly.

Hi @OsztO

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

VIGI is closed-source software and we do not share the information of what services and what ports we use for cloud and app service.

We also do not support what you asked here. Nor provide support for it.

If you mean port forward your local VMS software to the external public IP which is bound to your domain, you can refer to the ports in the VMS software. It lists the ports it uses during the uptime.
