Model: CPE710
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

I tried to reset this AP and it didn't go back to 192.168.0.254 -- it's alive on the network on its original IP of 192.168.1.115, but you can't access it from a PC browser, and the middle blue light indicating it's connected to the network isn't lit.  However, I can still ping the IP and get a response.

there's an article on the Knowledgebase whereby you're supposed to be able to reflash/reupload the firmware via something called tftpd, which I tried, but nothing seems to be happening -- I'm looking at Wireshark for that connection when you hold reset and power up and it doesn't connect with tftpd.  I did disable the firewall, and the PC's IP is set to 192.168.0.100 as per the instructions.

Please help me !

  @KintoreBari

Which IP replied? 192.168.0.254 or 192.168.1.115?

If 192.168.1.115, it indicates that the reset operation failed.

You may try to keep the device unplugged and totally powered off for around an hour and try again.

If still no help, you may contact your retailer to check the warranty.
