Hello !

I cannot find anything in the manual to reset a port.

I see in the STP/interface configuration, that the port is disabled and do not know how
and where to change.

If I connect my WLAN-AP, OTHER ports on the network are massively disturbed.
If I disconnect the WLAN-AP, everything becomes ok. This also happens, if I
connect the WLAN-AP to another port.

I haev another WLAN-AP at another port, which works. For the problem device,
I also tried to change the access mode to trunk - bis this did'nt change the prob.

I cannot diagnose the situation, because the switch itself becomes unaccassible.

Any help would be great !

Thanks anyway and best regards,

mabra

You use the STP, that's a protocol which could disable or enable the port automatically, just disable the STP feature and do not use that, the problem would be solved.
